Besides, Arculus Lab’s research topics pay more attention to so-called “green IC design and manufacturing flow”, because we believe that ICs are the root cause of sustainability as semiconductors are everywhere.  That’s why we focus on new materials, design tools, processes etc. to make IC more efficient, power saving and environment friendly.
